First brewed as a once-off beer for a festival in 2014, our fans loved the Full Irish so much that we haven’t been able to stop producing it since. This single malt IPA showcases the best Irish-grown barley, malted in Cork.
It’s a hoppy fruit bomb with hints of lime, melon and lychee, a biscuity malt base and a rounded bitter-sweet aftertaste. The Full Irish has won numerous awards including Country Winner in the 2022 World Beer Awards. a silver medal at the 2017 Dublin Beer Cup, being named Best IPA in Ireland at the 2016 World Beer Awards and Beer of the Year 2015 by independent consumer group Beoir.
In winning the country award in the 2022 World Beer Awards, Full Irish was described as “Clear bright beer, light yellow colour, big citrus tangerine and apricot aroma, fruity citrus continues into flavours, moreish, robust bitterness.”
